Before the studio, there was the music. Leah spent years as a DJ and a former London record label manager before moving into movement, coaching and method-building. That's not a fun fact — it's the architecture. KAAIAA is built with rhythm, discipline and cultural taste.

The industry already sells women 40+ too much. Leah isn't an influencer pointing at a lifestyle. She's the filter the method runs through.

She's trained hundreds of women, and the method is built on what she watched happen in the room — not on theory, not on a trend.

She's a speaker and educator, not a wellness guru — and she'd be the first to tell you so. The credentials are real: a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer and Kundalini yoga teacher. At 49 years of age, that's the floor she built on, not the headline.
